TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT This Letter of Engagement sets out the basis on which Lalitha & Co. (the "Practice") will provide professional accounting services to you (the "Client"). By signing this agreement you confirm: 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES — The Practice will provide the services included in your selected subscription tier, in accordance with HMRC requirements, FRS 102/105, and the ICAEW Code of Ethics. 2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES — You agree to provide complete, accurate and timely records, including bank statements, receipts, invoices and HMRC correspondence, via the secure Client Vault. 3. FEES — Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. 4. CONFIDENTIALITY & GDPR — All client information is held in strict confidence and processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. 5. PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY — The Practice maintains professional indemnity insurance as required by its supervisory body. 6. MAKING TAX DIGITAL — All filings will be submitted via MTD-compatible software where applicable. By providing your electronic signature below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Engagement, and that an electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the Electronic Communications Act 2000.
Payment will be set up after signing. Your engagement is recorded immediately.
